The esteemed steering committee members deliver high-level strategic sessions and discussions on game-changing solutions for the Nigerian Energy, Oil, and Gas industries which were extensively discussed in the various plenary sessions but not limited to the following:

  • The significance of the Nigerian International Energy Summit and how it is contributing to the development of Nigeria’s energy sector,
  • The latest trends and innovative solutions for addressing key challenges in Nigeria’s energy industry, including accessibility, reliability, affordability, and sustainability,
  • How renewable sources can be leveraged to achieve Nigeria’s sustainable development goals while ensuring access to modern and affordable energy for all citizens,
  • The need for virtual pipelines as an effective solution for transporting gas to areas that are not connected to the main pipeline network. This will help increase access to natural gas, which is a cleaner alternative to other fossil fuels. Nigeria can leverage renewable sources such as solar, wind, and hydropower to achieve its sustainable development goals. This will not only ensure access to modern and affordable energy for all citizens but also reduce the country’s dependence on fossil fuels and mitigate the effects of climate change.
  • The role of government policies in driving investment towards clean energy solutions, such as tax incentives or subsidies for renewable energy projects, and
  • Collaborative efforts between different sectors to ensure access to modern and sustainable energy for all, particularly in remote areas,

We all agree and know that the world is currently going through and facing very numerous challenges including global energy volatilities, volatile pricing, conflicts with Ukraine and Russia, current OPEC plus-cuts, – this event emphasized the need for Nigeria and Africa to drive their energy sources to ensure greatest stability.
