“FRAZOIL E&P Limited (subsidiary of OILSERV LTD) recently concluded a high-level negotiating meeting with the representatives of the government of the Republic of Benin.
This meeting was arranged to meet the new terms as enshrined in the new Petroleum Code enacted by Benin government in 2019.
Frazoil E&P Ltd was represented by Dr. Emeka Okwuosa (GCEO, Oilserv Group) and Engr. Celestine Cliffe (GCOO, Oilserv Ltd), while the government of Benin was represented by Hon. Romuald Wadagu (Minister of Economy and Finance), and Hon. Seidou Adambi (Minister of Energy).
The Oilserv/Frazoil team in company of the Nigerian Consul, Republic du Benin, Hon Mutari Ali Ahmad, paid a courtesy call on His Excellency President Patrice Talon, President, Republic du Benin.”
