WORK SCOPE:

The overall WORK scope for this CONTRACT is the design, engineering, procurement, supply, transportation, fabrication, construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and optional assistance with start-up of the UBETA Main Development Pipeline. The detailed technical description of the facilities including drawings, data sheets, list, diagrams, and specifications are contained in EXHIBIT E DESIGN DOSSIER.

b) General Services.
c) Engineering.
d) Procurement, Supply and Transportation.
e) Assignment or Free Issue of Company Items.
f) Pipeline Construction including all associated facilities.
g) HV power and fiber optics cables laying and associated facilities.
h) Pre-Commissioning.
i) Commissioning.
j) Tests (hydrotesting of pipeline and associated appurtenances and the like).
k) All other WORK as further detailed in the CONTRACT EXHIBITS.

1) Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation, and Commissioning (EPCIC) of a 40" 303.4km main line and 24" x 15km Spur line of AKK Gas Pipeline Project

WORK SCOPE:

Linear Sections with main sections, Special zones and encroachments and crossings

  • Pipeline Stations with Block Valve, Pigging, Metering, and terminal Gas stations
  • Ancillary installations such as temporary site facilities, temporary site utilities, temporary security measures/installations, and services
  • SCADA and Telecommunication systems for the entire AKK section.

2) Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) of ASSA Gas Pipeline (12" x 28km)

WORK SCOPE:

Verification of the Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) package

  • Detail Engineering Design of the Pipelines
  • Procurement of 12’’ x 28km 3 LPE coated carbon steel line pipes, induction bends, valves and other long lead items.
  • Construction of 12inch x 28km 3LPE Carbon steel multipurpose pipeline extending from the ANG project
  • Concrete weight coating for buoyancy control of 2.5km section
  • Installation of 12inch x 16inch pig launcher and 12inch x16 inch pig receiver inclusive of ancillary piping
  • Installation of 8inch x 1 km produced water/condensate evacuation Pipeline
  • Creek and waterways crossing, River crossings, Pipeline crossings and road crossings.
  • Baseline intelligent pigging, coating survey and cathodic protection survey
  • Design and installation of citadel fencing
  • Design and Construction of a 16’’ x 1km bypass line
  • Design, Procurement and Construction of a 10’’ x 500m condensate evacuation bypass line

3) Provision of Pipeline Security and Maintenance Services

WORK SCOPE:

  • Provision of all required security personnel
  • Provision of all required pipeline maintenance personnel and equipment
  • Handling and management of all matters relating to host communities along the pipeline right of way to ensure harmonious relationships and minimize hostilities.

4) EPC of Ajaokuta – Kaduna – Kano (AKK) 40” X 303.4km Natural Gas Pipeline from Ajaokuta TGS to Abuja 24” X 15km Spurline from Abuja TGS to Abuja IPS including above ground facilities

  • Training of NGPTC Maintenance and Operations Personnel both at the site and vendor’s works
  • Provision of As-Built drawings /Documentation and Operations & Maintenance Manual

5) ASSA North-Ohaji South CPF to OB3 CTMS Gas Pipeline Project

The project is an Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) of 36” diameter X 23.3km gas pipeline system from Assa North-Ohaji South CPF to OB3 CTMS with the following features:

  • Horizontal Thrust-Boring of Major Roads – 5 nos
  • Minor River Crossing -2 nos
  • Minor Road Crossing – 2 nos
  • Pig launcher station at ANOH CPF-1nos
  • Pig receiver station at OB 3 CTMS -1nos
  • Detailed Engineering of Pipeline and End Facilities
