It all begins with a two-week immersive induction, where trainees are introduced to our values, operations, and the high standards that define Oilserv. From there, they embark on a 6-month rotational adventure across our subsidiaries, gaining first-hand experience of our diverse business landscape.
The next 18 months are where the real magic happens; trainees are embedded in their departments for intensive on-the-job learning, structured development programs, and high-impact projects. Every step is guided by our yearly Talent Review Meeting (TRM), ensuring that performance is tracked, celebrated, and continuously improved.
