Throughout her career, Dr. Sibe has consistently improved organisational performance by strengthening governance frameworks, optimising business processes, and deploying digital solutions that enhance operational visibility, accountability, and decision-making. She has led enterprise-wide initiatives that reduced operational inefficiencies, accelerated project delivery, improved cost performance, safeguarded multi-million-dollar revenue streams, and established KPI-driven management systems that enable sustained business growth.

A recognized leader in enterprise transformation, she combines deep operational knowledge with strong commercial acumen to design scalable business systems that improve execution discipline without sacrificing agility. Her approach integrates process automation, performance governance, and data-driven management to create resilient organisations capable of delivering consistent results in complex operating environments.

Dr. Sibe has extensive experience leading the implementation of enterprise business systems across finance, human resources, procurement, supply chain, logistics, laboratory operations, field operations, and executive reporting. She is particularly known for designing bespoke digital solutions that streamline operations, strengthen governance, and improve enterprise-wide performance visibility.

She holds a PhD and MSc in Engineering Management from the University of Pretoria and Nottingham Trent, respectively, and a BSc in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. She is a COREN registered engineer and a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) and the American Society for Quality (ASQ).
