Meet our Chief Executive Officer, Emeka Okwuosa
Emeka Okwuosa is a seasoned engineer, administrator, entrepreneur and a visionary with over 35 years of experience in engineering in the following areas: maintenance and operations, teaching, wireline logging and interpretation, seismic acquisition, processing and interpretation, pipeline engineering, procurement and construction (EPCIC), project management, drilling and drilling services. Some of these activities span Europe, North Africa, West Africa, Gulf of Guinea/Central Africa and Indonesia. Emeka worked in various capacities for Schlumberger in positions that spanned Field Engineer to Technical Manager in the following parts of the World; Europe (Pau, France, Scotland), North Africa (Libya), West Africa (Mauritania, Senegal, Cote D’Ivoire, Ghana), Gulf of Guinea/Central Africa (Nigeria, Benin Republic, Cameroun, Gabon, Congo and Angola) and Indonesia.
Emeka is passionate about development of human capacity in high technology areas of Oil and Gas Industry. This is being achieved via various schemes that have been instituted through the companies that he has founded and runs.
These include Graduate Training Program (recruitment of young graduates for one-year training program in areas of Project Management, Planning and Control, Maintenance, Quality Assurance/Control, etc) and Skill Acquisition program (targeting development of welding, fitting and operator skills).
Together with other key practitioners in the Oil and Gas Engineering, Exploration and Production sectors, Emeka was instrumental to the enactment of Oil and Gas Local Content Law three years ago. This Law has helped to institutionalize the development of sustainable local capacity in the Oil & Gas industry.

OILSERV LIMITED: Pipeline/Facilities EPCIC & Maintenance Company (has wide ranging activities in the Niger Delta and across Nigeria; a major player in actualization of the Gas Master Plan in Nigeria – domestic gas distribution plan). OILSERV is ISO 9001:2008 certified. OILSERV LIMITED currently operates in other African countries, viz: Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Benin Republic and Togo.
FRAZIMEX ENGINEERING LIMITED: An Engineering design company (front end and detail engineering). Activities cover Pipelines, Facilities, Civil Engineering works, Instruments, Electrical, etc.
FRAZOIL EXPLORATION AND PRODUCTION (E & P) LIMITED: Exploration and Production Company (E&P), Owner of Blocks 1 & 3 Offshore Republic of Benin.
FRAZPOWER LIMITED: : This is a Gas Development company (Gas-To-Power). The strategic vision is to deliver at least 10 TCF of gas reserves in the next 10 years leveraging sources at varying levels of go-to-market readiness.
EKCEL FARMS LIMITED: This is an industrial farming establishment that is structured to farm and develop Cassava and Tomato products for both local and export purposes. Total land area to be utilized is 5,000 hectares and will employ upwards of 2,000 workers. The first phase is costing about $150m.
CROWN ENERGY RESOURCES LTD: The Company is a solids mineral extraction company. It is executing a Quarry project at Old Netim, Akamkpa Calabar, Cross River state of Nigeria. The company will promote quality production output, build the Local capacity and consolidate on Oilserv group overall investment strategy initiatives.
Emeka is a 1982 graduate of Electronics and Electrical Engineering from the University of IFE, ILE-IFE, Nigeria.

Meet our General Manager, Adegbite Falade
Gbite Falade joined the Oilserv Group as the Chief Operating Officer in March 2017. Prior to joining Oilserv, he has had extensive and global work experience across multiple Functions and value chain in the Oil, Gas & Power sectors. His previous work experiences have been with Shell, Oando Gas & Power, and Oando Energy Resources.
Gbite had functioned in the last decade in Snr Management and Executive career positions that spanned General Management, Operations, Commercial, Finance, Business Development, Strategy and Planning, Petroleum Economics, Project Management, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Asset Management. In his current role as Group COO, he is primarily responsible for Oilserv Ltd (the Pipelines and Facilities EPC) company, while also coordinating the day-to-day Operations of other subsidiaries within the Oilserv Group.
Gbite holds a first class B.Sc. (Hons) degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Ibadan, an MBA from Warwick Business School and has also attended a number of Executive Short Courses in various institutions of learning.Back To Management Team

Meet our Head, Business Finance, Chris Okonkwo
Chris Okonkwo has an outstanding experience in Financial, business and project management spanning over 29years managements. He has exposure and strong capabilities in Information Technology, Strategic Decisions, Negotiating and Consulting.
Chris started his career with Lancaster Okoro & Co., (Chartered Accountants) at Aba and Enugu both in Nigeria from September 1982 to April 1984 where he undertook the compulsory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) and worked as an Audit Supervisor. Between June 1984 and December 1990, he joined the Nigerian Breweries PLC and worked as Brewery and management Accountant. From December 1990 to December 1994, Chris joined the Offshore Trawlers (An INLAKS Group Associates) in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, as Finance Manager. Between February 1995 and February 2001, Chris was with PriceWaterhouseCoopers in Nigeria as the firm’s Finance and Administration Manager before exiting as Financial Controller.
His exposure to the Oil and Gas industry in Nigeria started in February 2001 to April 2008 with the EXECON Group, an Oil & Gas Services group comprising Modant Marine Limited, Niger Benue Transport Company Limited & Watercraft Services Limited as Group Finance Director. Design Union Consulting LLC and Future View Securities Limited provided entrepreneurial experience in business management.
In May, 2008 Chris joined Oilserv Limited, an Oil & Gas EPC (Pipelines &Facilities) Company as the Chief Financial Officer and later rose to the position of Chief Operating Officer, responsible for all the operational activities of the Company.
Chris attended the Auchi Polytechnic in Nigeria, Ashridge Strategic Management Centre in London and Enugu State University of Technology in Nigeria. Chris holds HND Degree in Accountancy, Master’s Degree in Business Administration and fellowship certificate (FCA) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).
Chris has involved in corporate restructuring programs, new business setup and systems redesign and implementation activities including strategic focus on corporate vision and mission. Currently, Chris is the Chief Operating Officer of Oilserv Limited.Back To Management Team
Meet our Legal Adviser, Emeka Ottih
Emeka obtained a Bachelor Degree in Law and thereafter attended the Nigerian Law School in the year 1999 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in January 2001.
Emeka commenced active legal practice in the Port Harcourt based Oil and Gas Law firm of Dr. T. C. Osanakpo & Co as an Associate Legal Counsel, gaining experience in litigation and corporate legal practice.
Emeka thereafter joined the Shell Nigeria Exploration and Production Company (SNEPCo) in the year 2005 first as a Tenders Board Secretary and later as a Contract Specialist supporting various functions and Projects within SNEPCo, notably, the Bonga FPSO at closeout stage.
Emeka joined WorleyParsons/DeltaAfrik in the year 2009 primarily to support ExxonMobil’s US$2billion plus Major Integrity Programs(MIPS) as a Senior Contract Lead with focus on major Offshore / Onshore Pipeline and related Facilities Projects working out of both WorleyParsons/DeltaAfrik and ExxonMobil Project offices.
Emeka has a vast on the Job training and formal international training in managing major and high risk projects from Contract Management and Legal perspective with focus on ensuring project objective are achieved with minimal impact to all parties.
Emeka joined Oilserv in the year 2011 and have supported various Projects and functions within the Oilserv Group over the years.

Meet our Head, Projects, Chigozie Obi
He is a Honours graduate of the University of Benin in Edo State, where he obtained his Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering( B.Eng.). Upon his graduation, he has acquired over Eleven (11) years experience in Oil and Gas Industry Operations in various fields.
Currently, he is the General Manager - Progects of Oilserv Limited. He has participated in various professional seminars and workshops and he is a member of; Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE), American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) and Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE).Back To Management Team

Meet our Head, Supply Chain, Martins Obaze
Martins Obaze is an experienced engineer who majored in Mechanical/Production Engineering at Anambra State University of Technology, Enugu (ASUTECH), now Enugu State University of Science and Technology, Enugu (ESUT). He obtained Executive Masters Certificate in Project Management (EMC) from Project Management College, London. He later proceeded to ESUT Business School, Enugu where he bagged Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA). He obtained Project Management Practitioner (PMP) from Institute of Leadership & Management, London; and a member of The Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply, London (MCIPS).
He has acquired over twenty-six (26) years of experience in the Onshore and Offshore of Oil and Gas Industry operations. Martins is part of the success stories of many major projects in Nigeria which include Offshore Gas Gathering System, Rehabilitation of Crude oil Tanks at Bonny Terminal, Akute Power Gas line, just to mention a few. He has worked in various companies as Mechanical Engineer, Facilities Engineer, Materials Supervisor, Materials/Logistics Coordinator, Materials/Procurement Coordinator, etc. Presently, he is the Supply Chain Manager with Oilserv Limited.
Martins has participated in numerous seminars, workshops and courses. He is skilled in Supply Chain Management, SAP-ERP, CMMS, Drilling Information Management System (DIMS), etc. He equally belongs to the following professional bodies, among others:

Meet our Head, Operations Support Services, Cheta Okwuosa
Cheta Okwuosa attended the Federal University of Technology (FUTO) in Owerri, Imo State where he bagged the Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering (B.Eng) in 2001.
Cheta is an Engineer with Project Management experience and achievements driven essentially by the need to provide innovative solutions in Projects that ultimately assures sustainability and maintenance of business competitive edge.
He started his career in 2002/2003 with Oilserv Limited soon after his National Youth Service in Nigeria as QA/QC Engineer and later rose to the position of Project Engineer in 2003 and Lead Project Engineer between January 2005 and January 2006 respectively.
Between February 2006 and July 2006 Cheta was made the Acting Project Manager of Oilserv Limited
As a result of his hard work and dedication towards projects delivery, in August 2006 Cheta was promoted to the position of Project Manager. As project Manager, Cheta was involved in the successful delivery of the following projects namely:

Meet out Head, Commercial & Business Development Manager, Richie Nwabike
Richie Nwobike, is the Commercial & Business Development Manager of Oilserv Limited and the Acting Head, Commercial and Business Development of Oilserv Group, a position he assumed in 2017. He is responsible for recognizing business opportunities and putting together bids to win new businesses in addition to developing and implementing growth opportunities.
Prior to this role, Richie served as the Planning and Controls Manager of Oilserv Limited (2014 – 2016) with the responsibility of providing Project Controls supports aimed at ensuring successful projects delivery. He was the Planning and Controls Coordinator (2010 – 2014). In 2009, he became the Planning and Controls Engineer after working as a Project Engineer for a period of two years.
Prior to joining Oilserv Limited in 2007, Richie worked for Spill Responders, Intels Nigeria and Geoservices.
He earned a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering from the University of Port Harcourt. He is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a member of the Project Management Institute.Back To Management Team

Meet Head, HR & Corporate Services, Chioma Manafa
Mrs Chioma Manafa is a certified Competency Assessor, Instructor, training expert, counsellor and an astute HR administrator. Since joining Oilserv in 2008, she has held roles across Oilserv Human Resources and most recently, as the Head, Human Resources and Corporate Services, Oilserv EPCIC.
As Head, Human Resources and Corporate Services, Mrs Manafa leads a strategic team that develops and implements people strategies to support Oilserv EPCIC’s core values and overall business objectives as well as strategically positioning the company’s human resource as a ‘’go-to-centres’’.
Mrs Manafa holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Education from Nnamdi Azikiwe University and a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from the University of Ibadan. She also holds an Advanced Strategic Human Resources Management Certificate from the prestigious London Corporate Training (LCT) Centre, UK. She is a member of several professional bodies within and outside Nigeria; some of which are the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPMN), Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), Human Resources Network Africa (HRNA) and Institute of Strategic Management (ISM).Back To Management Team
